The hotel had friendly staff and good access to all parts of the city, a plus for my city trip. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of major attractions. I appreciated the amenities offered in the room, including tea/coffee, minibar, toiletries, TV.
There was constant noise from outside the room, difficult to relax and rest during the day. The breakfast buffet didn't have many options and housekeeping missed refilling items and cleaning the room properly.

Convenient location near main station and quiet area. Pristine, spacious room with comfortable bed and excellent amenities, including a great shower. Polite and friendly staff allowed early check-in after overnight flight. highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying here! The location is fantastic, as it's close to the main train station and easily accessible by public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a very nice area, which was quiet and peaceful, despite being in the business district!

The staff were cute and helpful. The room was well equipped with complimentary drinks and snacks. It had a good air conditioning unit and comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold food. The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get around the city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The underground station is directly in front of the hotel, providing even more transportation options. Not far from the main Railway Station, guests can easily explore Frankfurt.
The surrounding district of office buildings and residential streets may not offer many dining options.

I arrived early and they were kind enough to give me a room before the official check-in time. Stephanie at the reception desk was especially friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a few days' stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and just a short walk to the main railway station. I had a fantastic experience at Nh Frankfurt Messe and would highly recommend it.
